BNZ – Money Map, ASB – Smart Money
Banks are now beginning to catch on and develop stronger more transformational experiences for users, The new My Money form BNZ will be released soon and promises to be far more intuitive and than others such as the ASB, where ASB requires you to do all the labeling and grunt work the BNZ service is far more automated and will not require much of your time to maintain comparative to the extra personal value it will create.

Obviously money matters are not a place for introducing a social dynamic. But these are examples of how brands are achnologing that a service is so much more than a traditional approach. Its just not enough to take and not offer as a brand.
